Georges W Bejani, Founding Partner

Georges has over 25 years of experience in financial markets in equities and derivatives.

He was founder of brokerage firm StoneHedge Partners in 2012 overseeing over 40 individuals and trading cash equities, bonds, derivatives for 200+ clients across Europe.

Previously, he was Head of Cash Equities at Market Securities where he built the Sales, Trading and Research teams in London. Prior to this, he covered major client accounts for Tradition, Cantor Fitzgerald and Credit Lyonnais Securities.

Georges holds a BA in Economics from University Paris IX Dauphine and a Master Degree in Finance from the Manhattan Institute of Management.

Damien Regnier, Founding Partner

Damien has over 17 years of experience in financial markets in credit and convertible bonds.

He is a partner at Tyrus Capital Alternatives LLP, heading the convertible bonds team and managing a 200m USD ESG Convertible Bonds fund for European institutional clients.

Previously, he was managing over 4.5bn USD at Deutsche Bank in award winning global Convertible Bonds funds. Prior to this, he was at JP Morgan and brokerage firm Vega-Chi covering and trading for major European institutional accounts.

Damien is an ISFA Actuary. He holds a Master Degree in Statistics from University Claude Bernard and a MSc in Finance and Investment from Queen Mary University.
